An inclusive approach and outcome

Inclusive Change is the consultancy of choice for organisations across all industries who understand the value of – and are ready to embrace – neurodiversity in their workplace.

A long legacy of change

Inclusive Change was founded in 2022. But our story began in 1996, when our founder, Natalie Phillips-Mason, started her career in corporate change management.

Throughout her career, Natalie worked with leaders to transform their organisations from the inside out – by introducing new technologies, processes and behaviours.

She always recognised the benefits of including diverse voices in her change programs. But it wasn’t until her family grew to include neurodivergent folks that she saw the need to amplify these often-overlooked voices in corporate spaces. And for that change to be led by research.

So, she applied her same supportive, authentic and data-driven approach to neuroinclusive change management. And that’s how Inclusive Change was born.

Championing new ways to work and shop

Our mission is simple: to help Australian organisations and brands embed neuroinclusivity into their workplaces and retail environments – sustainably, authentically and permanently.

We do this through pioneering research, neuroinclusive consulting services and change education.

The result? Vibrant and inclusive conversations, stories and spaces that embrace employees and customers of all neurotypes.

Ever curious, always real

Inclusive Change is built on authenticity. Authentic experiences. Authentic people. Authentic change.

We’re not about lip service or lofty, unachievable goals. We’re about measured, consistent steps towards meaningful progress. That’s why we invest in cutting-edge research: to give you the most relevant, contemporary data and advice.

To help you keep up with this ever-evolving landscape, we also partner with other neuroinclusion specialists and thought leaders. And if you’d like to work with a neurodivergent specialist, we are happy to make a recommendation.
