Meet our Founder, Natalie Phillips-Mason

Natalie is a neuroinclusion advocate, change management practitioner – and a member of a mixed neurotype family.

With nearly 30 years of change management experience, she leads Inclusive Change with authenticity, integrity and unwavering curiosity.

Her mission is simple: to help organisations embed neuroinclusivity in workplaces and neuroinclusion in retail environments – sustainably, authentically and permanently.
