About > Natalie Phillips-Mason

Hi, I’m Natalie

I’m an ally, change management practitioner – and a member of a mixed neurotype family.

Finding talent in unexpected places

By nature, we are all diverse. And this diversity enriches the way we live, work and play.

Diversity ignites creativity, drives innovation and invites us to consider different perspectives. That’s why I believe every organisational leader should learn how to nurture, empower and leverage it.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how inclusive work practices and spaces benefit everyone, from employees and clients to customers and community members. And I know that together, we have the power to embrace inclusive change – and sculpt a world that celebrates diversity in all its forms.

A long-standing changemaker

In 1996, I started my career in corporate change management.

Since then, I’ve helped plan, enact and sustain meaningful change with renowned Australian and multinational companies – including Accenture, ANZ, Australia Post, Coles, Deloitte, NAB and Officeworks.

One constant I’ve found across clients and projects? Progress happens best when teams are diverse, valued, and connected.

That’s why careful listening, empathy, and curiosity are the core of my practice. To help businesses and cultures thrive and connect across company goals and levels of seniority.

When my family grew to include neurodivergent individuals, my curiosity about the different ways people communicate, sense the world and process information grew, too. The more I learned, the more I wanted to learn. So, in 2022, I started my own strategic change consultancy.

Driven by passion and purpose

With the support, counsel and generosity of my neurodivergent friends and colleagues, I geared my business towards neuroinclusive change consulting.

Today, I’m a proud and proactive neuroinclusion ally. My personal experience has fuelled my commitment to champion inclusive change. Not just for my mixed neurotype family – but for the wider community.

I advocate for leaders to take small, genuine steps towards organic change – informed by insights from the neurodiverse community, the marketplace and wider community. After all, progress flows when it’s collective, collaborative and well-counselled.

I’m honoured to be a part of an amazing network committed to creating more inclusive environments. And I’m excited to help shape a path forward.
