Industry voices shaping tomorrow's workforce

Natalie was invited to join SaCSA’s Retail Strategic Workforce Advisory Group. Skills and Creative Services Australia (SaCSA) was established by the Federal Government to connect industry, unions, educators and government to ensure training meets the evolving demands of the workforce. Advisory group membership is based on merit, industry experience and influence.

Natalie was honoured to share her thoughts on how workplaces – legal or otherwise – can better support professionals of all neurotypes.

As part of an ongoing series, Natalie moderated and joined this panel discussion with Mariane Power, Bianca Stern and Michelle Ridsdale. They also raised funds to support the neurodivergent community and All Things Equal.
